Getting Picked Up From Home

Handi-Transit will come to your home parking on the front street. Your address should be clearly visible so the driver can easily locate your home.
The driver will come to the front door of your home and assist you from the outside front doorway of your home to the Handi-Transit vehicle.

Handi-Transit provides front street pick up only. Handi-Transit does not provide service to its users inside of back lanes.
Back lanes are narrower and less accessible than front streets.
Stopping in back lanes for periods of time is prohibited and may prevent other residents from accessing their homes or street.
