Full or Part Time students enrolled in credit courses leading to a recognized degree or diploma at participating:

• Universities and Colleges recognized by an Act of the Manitoba Legislature.
• Private Vocational Schools in Winnipeg with a current certificate of registration issued by the Provincial Department of Education under the Private Vocational Schools Act and Manitoba Regulation 182/88.
• Adult Education Centers in Winnipeg. Adult students (over age 22) enrolled in High School diploma courses.
• Students enrolled in English as an Additional Language programs at any institution currently eligible to sell the Post-Secondary Monthly Passes.

Apprenticeship and Continuing Education students do not qualify for Post Secondary Transit Pass.

Post Secondary Passes are ONLY available from educational institutions where students are enrolled.

• A VALIDATION STICKER will be affixed to your student Photo ID card when first pass is purchased.
• Student must show validated Student ID card when purchasing a new pass each month and when boarding a bus.

If the educational institution does not issue Student Photo ID cards, one can be purchased for $3.00 at:

     Winnipeg Transit Administrative Office - 421 Osborne Street

     Monday - Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

     Student must show proof of current registration at time of purchase.
