U-Pass peggo card

For the 2017-2018 school year, full-time University of Manitoba students will have their U-Pass issued on a reloadable peggo card. The card will come preloaded with a fall semester pass, valid from September 1 to December 31, 2017. For students attending the winter term, January through April, a second-semester pass will be automatically loaded to your peggo card in December.

Students will be required to show their valid university student ID to the bus operator when tapping your peggo card. A validation sticker for the 2017-2018 school year will be affixed to your student ID by UMSU staff at the time you pick up your peggo card. The validation sticker on your student ID is required for all u-Pass users.

Those using a U-Pass without a Student Card with a valid ID sticker risk having their peggo card confiscated. Your U-Pass is for your use only and it is illegal to sell or transfer your peggo card to another person.

For more information on the U-Pass visit the University of Manitoba Students’ Association website.
