Where to find us
Winnipeg Transit Customer Service Centres have reopened with precautionary measures put in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Customers are required to wear masks at all times (effective August 29, 2020), keep a distance from others and to line up according to signage posted at each location. A limited number of face masks are currently available at public City-operated facilities where masks are required. All locations will be sanitized regularly during business hours.
When visiting Customer Service Centres, in addition to keeping a distance from others and lining up as directed, all customers are asked to follow social distancing measures including:
- Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands regularly and refraining from touching your face.
- Wear a non-medical mask that covers your nose, mouth and chin at all times.
- Be kind to others who may not be able to wear a non-medical mask.
- If you are sick; follow advice to isolate and do not take transit or visit other transit facilities.
Customers are reminded they can renew and load their peggo cards by visiting one of our partner agencies, online, or by contacting 311.
Visit the COVID-19 website for a comprehensive listing of service impacts.
