Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations

Home Pick-up

To assist in your Winnipeg Transit Plus pick-up at your home, please ensure that your address is clearly visible so the driver can easily locate your home.

The Winnipeg Transit Plus driver will:

  • park on the front street of your home
  • come to the front door of your home and assist you from the outside front doorway of your home to the Winnipeg Transit Plus vehicle

Winnipeg Transit Plus provides front street pick up only. Winnipeg Transit Plus does not provide service to its users inside of back lanes because back lanes are narrower and less accessible than front streets and stopping in back lanes for periods of time is prohibited and may prevent other residents from accessing their homes or street.

Designated public pick-up and drop-off locations

Winnipeg Transit Plus uses designated pick-up and drop-off locations at larger frequently traveled locations.

If you are unsure which door you should be waiting at, ask a customer service representative at the time of your trip booking.
